We are currently seeking an Internal Account Sales Manager for our Teterboro, NJ location.





Job Function/Principal Duties:

Lead, coach and manage the entire internal sales and revenue management departments. Focus on growth initiatives to build up accounts and generate sales leads for conversion to the field sales force. -Provide proper direction and management to the account set up team for quick turn around of administrative tasks in order to capture new business. -Traditional leadership, coaching, hiring, performance management and accountability for Internal Account Reps- Project manager for all marketing initiatives, internal sales training of new hires and special projects. Target and develop sales opportunities / strategies for growth in lower volume client base -Partner with field sales organization to maximize profitability for the business unit-Satisfy the customer base through prevention and resolution of sales/service issues-Manage the budget specific to the internal sales department -Coordination with GETS initiatives-Become a participant of the local sales management team-Attend sales management meetings and market strategy sessions. Manage the various sales and administrative processes.



Education:

BA/BS

Preferred degree in Life Sciences or Business.



Knowledge:

Broad knowledge of Quest Diagnostics infrastructure, clinical lab practices, industry knowledge, competitive practices, etc.



Experience:

Approximately five year sales and /or sales management experience with a strong record of achievement and customer focus. Excellent people skills, leadership qualities, strong ability to influence others, presentations skills, oral and written communications. Strong computer skills. Managerial experience
