 International Account Coordinator

 

 

Play an important role at CIL by providing top notch customer service to our international clientele.  As a member of our international customer service team, you will be responsible for processing orders, developing quotations and answering technical inquiries for our VIP international and special product line customers, international representatives and distributors. You will also be responsible for the development, review and distribution of various reports as well as assisting other International Account Coordinators by clarifying procedures, resolving routine order entry and quotation processing issues.

 

We are very customer focused and are looking for individuals who have:

 

· Polished communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

· Detail orientation and follow through skills

· Commitment to fulfilling customer needs

 

Position requires a Bachelors Degree in Business (International Business preferred) or in Chemistry/Sciences with a minimum of 5 years of closely related sales order entry or customer service work including 1 or more years in a scientific or chemical environment.  A minimum of 1 year as a group leader is also required.
