This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Plainsboro, New Jersey near Princeton.

 

International Customer Service Senior Associate

 

Summary

The International Customer Service Senior Associate will be primarily working with Integra’s Asian and Latin American territories to provide excellent service; ensuring orders are promptly and accurately entered, distribution documents are properly completed and communications are handled professionally and timely.

 

Essential Responsibilities

· Accept customer orders and process each one in a timely manner

· Coordinate shipment of material from the distribution facilities, including certificates, labeling and proper customs documents

· Understand and process required documentation, including letters of credit, pro forma invoices, commercial invoices, etc.

· Interface with international sales management group to provide updates on orders and resolve issues

· Check available inventory, provide lot numbers and expiration dates, prepare preliminary invoices with lot numbers, expiration dates and pricing

· Work with the appropriate departments to properly document and process complaints and returned material

· Monitor tenders and special programs

· Process requests for catalogs, price sheets, samples and copies of invoices

 

Minimum Qualifications

· High School Diploma required with 4-5 years experience OR

· Degree with 3+ years experience (preferred)

· Previous Asian and/or Latin American market experience

· Import License

· Spanish or Asian language skills preferred

· Previous supervisory experience preferred

· Good knowledge of computer systems; preferably Oracle, Microsoft Excel and Word

· Strong mathematical and analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills

· An ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks; must function independently
