Inventory Analyst I (256456-560)

Responsible for replenishing trade stock and maintaining adequate inventory levels at assigned OUS facilities. Work with countries, service and distribution centers to resolve inventory and logistics issues. Develop and maintain communication and working relationships with all sites (Domestic and International). Support the department with the management of global inventory pools, to include finished goods, demo, consignment, etc.
- Procure, maintain and improve trade stock levels for assigned facilities.
- Conduct periodic inventory reviews to identify and address potential issues.
- Provide continual information on stock issues to assigned facilities.
- Assist with the relocation for utilization of E&O inventory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international facilities.
- Generate periodic inventory reports for management review.
- Work closely and collaboratively with suppliers/vendors.

Required Skills:

College degree or equivalent work experience. College degree in business, work experience or materials/inventory/distribution knowledge a must.
Five (5) years in a material/inventory/distribution management environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, BPCS and SAP preferred.
Bilingual (French or German) would be a plus.
Interpersonal, communication, analytical and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and independently.
Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel.
Ability to concentrate on detailed analytical tasks for sustained periods of time.
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adjust to frequent assignments and or priority changes.
