Inventory Analyst - (Job Number: 0805655) DescriptionJohnson and Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an Inventory Analyst, located in Skillman, NJ Johnson & Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC provides sales, marketing and logistical services to U.S. retail customers on behalf of the U.S. consumer companies, and leadership for an emerging global customer base in the areas of transportation, enterprise-wide systems, business processes and global customer development. The Inventory Analyst will be required to coordinate open stock shipments for all firmed process (work) orders for Consumer Product Companies (CPC) and Personal Product Companies (PPC) for Skillman based products. Create worksheets and enter Stock Transfer Orders (STO) in SAP. The individual will publish insufficient open stock report on a weekly basis and publish to Display Project Planners (DPP's), coordinate ordering of market print required for display at appropriate lead-time and accurate quantities. The candidate will receive all outbound bills of lading from contractors daily, set up STO numbers and post inventory in SAP, assign due dates and monitor past due STOs. The incumbent will also coordinate activity from the subcontractor transaction forms as they are entered into SAP daily and must be timely and accurate. Transaction types entered include: creating batches, production of finished displays, receipt of all inbound open stock, STO's for all outbound finished display shipments, scrap, redress and cycle count transactions. The individual will manage inventory at the contractors by coordinating monthly cycle counts to ensure that actual inventory at the contractor corresponds with inventory levels showing in SAP. Enter any necessary cycle count adjustments in SAP. Reconcile scrap and ship-back reporting for all pack outs and key ship back and scrap transactions. Review daily club Product and Inventory Control (PIC) reports to analyze inventory levels at all three distribution centers. Arrange any necessary redeploys and set up in SAP. Open Stock Deployment to Suppliers (Co-packers) and truckload consolidation and conduct SAP Business Warehouse Reporting and Analysis This individual will be required to backup the display purchasing coordinator and BOM Coordinator as needed. It is preferred that this candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelors Degree. A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing or Inventory Management Field is required. SAP and/or MRP experience is preferred. Ability to multi-task and work in a high paced setting with an attention for detail is necessary with the ability to work in a collaborative team setting.
