Jr. Recruiter

JOB DESCRIPTION: Source, screen, test, interview and make recommendations to hiring managers for all open positions. Use electronic web-based recruitment tools to update Applicant Tracking system to reflect requisition and candidate activity. Ensure completion of background checks and pre-employment drug screens Extend offers in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Participate in special recruiting initiatives as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/WORK EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years pharmaceuticals recruiting experience Demonstrated experience with electronic/web recruitment tools A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required Excellent interpersonal communication, influencing skills and customer-service orientation are required. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in HR recruiting processes and practices is required. Attention to detail and the ability to deal appropriately with confidential information is required.
