Think What’s Possible.To increase sales and market share in key product categories by providing value added business solutions to selected account base Create and execute strategic plans for 20-25 accounts, based on NAH Key Account Sales Training model, to be completed by all KAMs. Work with Practice Owners and Managers to identify needs and solutions that will result in improved Hospital operations as well as greater loyalty and growth of NAH product line. Coordinate seminars and activities with outside Specialists and Consultants to meet objectives of agreed upon annual business plan. Research, develop and deliver seminars aimed at strategic objectives of Key Accounts Work with NAH RD,DM, TM, PSV to ensure sales goals and objectives are met Create teamwork environment with TM, PSV and account personnel in assigned accounts Work with Key Account Managers to create templates of successful account management, to be used for future strategies.QualificationsBS or equivalent, preferred Masters8-10 years Sales/Sales Management ExperienceBenefitsCompetitive Benefits.
