LIMS Developer, SQL*LIMS

Sr. LIMS Developer

 

 

The LIMS developer provides expertise in the areas of SQL*LIMS application implementation, migration, customization, configuration, support, and documentation.

Primary responsibilities:

1. SQL*LIMS Implementation experience within multi-site locations

2. Ability to assess end-user needs and relate to appropriate software functionality

3. Design and develop customized Oracle forms and reports

4. Participate and manage Oracle Forms and Reports migration tasks and processes

5. Participate and manage data migration tasks and processes

6. Development and maintenance of any required SDLC documentation

7. Provide support for all application related issues during implementation and deployment

8. Assist in troubleshooting application problems

 

Qualifications:

1. SQL*LIMS 3.1 and 4.1 or higher

2. Solid knowledge in Oracle Database

3. Proficient in Oracle development tools such as PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Oracle Reports/Forms 6i or higher

4. Good experience in Oracle Forms/Reports migration

5. At least BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Science or related field

6. Strong experience in pharmaceutical industries using SDLC

7. 21 CFR Part 11 experience in the life sciences industry is a plus

8. Knowledge of GMP operations and other regulatory requirements is preferred

9. High aptitude for comprehending SQL*LIMS and Oracle tools at depth and leveraging that knowledge to execute required tasks promptly and professionally.
