Yoh Scientific has a contact opportunity for a Lab Assistant to join our customer in King of Prussia, Pa.

Description:
• Performs general process area functions such as sample collection and sample log-in, preparation and operate the equipment washer, autoclaves, and the clean in place (CIP) skids, plus inventory control and similar duties.
• Coordinate the assigned tasks to meet the process schedule requirements.
• Follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain equipment in a good working order and report any safety and/or maintenance issues.
• Participate in procedural review and development.
• Prepare buffers and solutions, ordering reagents.
• Works under the direct supervision of the area supervisor or designee.
 
Qualifications:
• B.S. in Biology or related science.
• Entry level candidates that are quick learners and a self-starters.
• Familiarity with autoclaves and equipment washers a plus.
