Is seeking

A Divisional On-The-Job Trainer to be responsible for planning and implementing training for newly hired and incumbent paid staff and performs competency assessments as need to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.  Establishes goals and objectives for divisional training in cooperation with the divisional training team and regional management.  Establishes and maintain cooperative working relationship with those contacted in the course of working. Must be willing to travel as needed throughout the division to conduct training and retaining activities with new and incumbent staff in the departments identified as Manufacturing. Gather, compile and analyze statistical data as needed.

 

Qualifications

nMinimum of one year or equivalent education or experience

 nTwo years experience in blood manufacturing or another regulatedenvironment

 nMinimum 2 years of training experience, using adult learning principles preferred.
