The Sales Representative is responsible for sales of a complete line of energy, endoscopic and mechanical products into their aligned hospitals & operating rooms in a designated geography. A key responsibility is to focus on the customer: probe to understand customers underlying needs or issues and address with the appropriate products & services and use sales mastery to overcome objections in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner that leads the customer to action. While in the field, the Sales Representative will expertly represent EES by exhibiting proficiency in knowledge of EES products & procedures to make effective presentations at multiple management levels within a healthcare facility. This includes providing customer education, in-service accounts and demonstrate proper use of all products/devices to surgeons, nurses, scrub tech and other hospital staff. The ability to sell in an operating room, lab & hospital environment is required. A valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 States with a clean driving record is required. The ability to travel as necessary, which may include overnight and/or weekends, is required. Medical device sales experience is preferred paired with documented sales results.
