Lead Clinical Research Associate- Specialty CRO expanding!Location: Nashville, TNOpportunity Statement:  We are consulting with a dynamic contract research organization that is expanding their internal clinical group.  This organization offers full services to their clients and is focused on very complex therapeutic indications.Company Benefits: Competitive Salary Package, Generous Stock Options, Negotiable Healthcare Benefits, 3 Weeks of Vacation, Incredible Growth Potential!Qualifications and Characteristics:· Minimum of 3+ years of clinical experience, prior monitoring preferred.· Bachelor's Degree is preferred.  A degree in Life Sciences or Nursing is a plus!· Strong computer skills (MS Office, etc)· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills· Strategic and demonstrated knowledge of the drug development process, SOP, GCP and other applicable regulations.· Travel: very minimal travel requirementResponsibilities:· Participate in the identification of potential investigators and clinical sites· Conduct clinical budget and timeline tracking· Take on a leadership role on various projects· Track and handle regulatory documents · Participate in study start-up activities · Strategize regarding study enrollment and recruitment· Interface with cross functional groups for project specific deliverables· Participate in study document creation· Prepare and present at Investigator meetings· Act as a liaison for clients on project specific details· Review trip reports for completeness, accuracy, consistency, and compliance; identify deficiencies and discrepancies, provide remedial training and/or initiate corrective action as required· Support Project Management in all other duties as assigned We appreciate your understanding, in that; we will only be able to respond to those inquiries who meet the stated requirements.  We will not be responding to inquiries that do not contain a CV/Resume.  Finally, please include the position ID (CC 1098) in the subject line of your correspondence to ensure review.
