We are the exclusive US distributor for Aerowatch, a luxury Swiss timepiece manufacturer of wrist watches, pocket watches and pendants with retail prices ranging from $300 - $100k+. This is a $2 billion market. www.aerowatch.us.



Job Description:

 Aerowatch is new to the US market, thus presenting a unique opportunity to build a brand from the ground up. We seek sales representatives to expand and work with a network of top luxury jewelry and watch retail stores in the USA. Candidates must be poised, self motivated professionals with excellent sales skills



We are seeking a hungry, highly-motivated, commission only driven outside sales professionals that will serve as the primary liaison between national corporate headquarters and authorized dealers and sales directors on all customer related issues.



The Sales Representative will be the heart of the brand, selling its exceptional products to the affiliated retailers. This position is relationship driven with high earning potential. You will be responsible for growing revenue within a targeted market of the USA. Sales conversations are highly technical similar to medical device/biotech sales and a perfect part time opportunity for those with such experience. As the company grows, full time sales and sales management positions will be made available to top performers, along with a possible equity stake in the company.

 

Responsibilities include:Establish and develop long term working relationships with client base Resolve customer inquiries relating to inventory, delivery, tracking, and pricing Organize and prioritize orders and accounts to ensure customer satisfaction Authorize returns and process all returns to vendor Work with accounts receivable on charge backs and credit issues Prospecting through various means including reports, marketing lists and visiting customers on a regular schedule Meeting and exceeding designated goals for prospecting and activity Providing customers with accurate information on our wide range of products Following up with customers on a timely basis to provide the highest level of customer service Maintaining a high level of contact with top customers

 

 

Candidates must possess the following criteria:Assertiveness, confidence, and a drive to excel and perform Maintain strong work ethic and project a positive attitude Possess excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills Prior customer service experience required in an import/distribution type environment PC experience is required. This includes Microsoft OfficeAbility to think creatively to solve problems quickly and efficiently, as well as the ability to promote the company's product through product and sales knowledge Understands and supports the business, mission, and direction of the brand Ability to meet challenges of a dynamic and fast paced environment – able to attain corporate and bonus quota and revenue standards Strong decision making skills with an upbeat can-do attitude, flexible and proactive Previous Technical and/or Phone Sales Experience with strong track recordNo Criminal RecordA passion for quality timepieces


PAY: Commission only, full or part time opportunity

 

The company will provide all sales and marketing collateral as well as provide all back office support to your retailers such as invoicing and accounts receivable management.
