Leadership Development Manager
Overview of Position This position is accountable for the design and implementation of all leadership and management development efforts within Teva Neuroscience. The incumbent is responsible for assessing key business issues and designing strategic plans and programs to enhance the leadership capabilities and performance within the organization. Major Duties and Responsibilities Develops strategic plans for the company’s leadership and management development efforts Designs, implements and evaluates individual/organizational assessment and development tactics in support of the leadership development strategy Coordinates with global partners to share resources, coordinate activities and ensure strategic alignment; establishes and maintains partnerships with vendors and educational institutions to facilitate development activities Supports other Human Resources educational projects and initiatives (e.g., performance management principles and processes, compensation planning, etc.)Qualifications necessary to perform successfully in this position Education requiredBachelor’s Degree (Human Resources, Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Education or related discipline) Education preferred Master’s Degree or graduate work in fields such as Education, Psychology, Counseling, Leadership/Organization Development, HR Management Experience required Minimum of 5+ years of practical experience in education, instructional design/curriculum development, leadership development; people management experience Experience preferred7 to 10+ years business experience in a medium to large organization; experience within the pharmaceutical, medical, or health care-related industry; ASTD or comparable certification
