Position Description:

This position is responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company's non-commercial US Government contracts and will act as the primary Finance liason between various cross-functional departments. The Manager Government Contract Analysis must be cognizant of compliance issues in accordance with Federal laws and regulations and will assist in development and implemention of our Federal Government contract administration polices and procedures. In addition, responsibilities include advising, consulting and coordinating with project management to ensure contract updates are communicated so invoicing can occur for milestones that are completed. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that our CAS disclosure statement is up to date and accurately documented as organizational changes occur to both structure and methodology. Qualifications:

Bachelors (4 yr) degree in a business discipline requiredAdvanced degree, MBA, CPA or relevant certification preferred5-10 years of relevant accounting experience requiredStrong working knowledge of the FAR, CAS & GAAP regulations and experience with preparing for and manageing DCAA audits required2-4 years experience in cost accounting
