MEDICAL DEVICE QUALITY ENGINEER

We have a great opportunities for Quality Engineers who are interested in problem solving and root cause analysis. This position will assure compliance to external, FDA, ISO, and internal Quality Standards for product development and manufacturing.  Candidates must have strong analytical skills as well as a methodical approach to problem solving and good writing skills for report preparation.  This individual will conduct evaluations, tests and make decisions to maintain Quality objectives as well as recommend revisions of specifications as needed.  Additional responsibilities will include the design and installation of quality process sampling systems, procedures and statistical techniques.  The selected candidate will participate in development, review and approval of test protocols and reports as well as participate on internal and external audit teams. 



Requirements for this position are BS in Mechanical Engineering experience in medical device industry highly desirable; candidates with cathether and/or stent experience is a plus. ev3 offers an excellent compensation and benefits package including a matching 401K program.
