Maintenance Coordinator

The incumbent will document work orders, maintain proper workflow and documentation of work orders from the initial development to close out.  Ensures the documentation from field personnel is properly completed and submitted in a timely matter for updates to the CMMS.  Process and maintain purchase documentation such as purchase orders and service receipts.

 Maintain a preventative maintenance program MP2 CMMS and a spare parts ordering and spare parts inventory.Responsible for daily administration of department processes, updating files.Assist Maintenance team with alerting building systems malfunctions and repairs related to MFG Equipment, Air conditioning and Heating System, Boilers, Generators, UPS, Fire Systems, etc.Ensures completion of documentation of work orders, maintenance tasks, purchase requests and standard operating procedures.Expedites delivery of ordered parts.  Maintaining equipment service manuals.Prepares maintenance reports for monthly manager's report.
