Work with a team of professionals in optimizing the maintenance procedures and developing methods for continuing to increase production output. This is an exceptional company and they truly value their employees.Requisites · Bachelor of Science Degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. · 10+ years experience working in plant maintenance, with the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, chemical, or related industries. · 3+ years experience successfully leading teams and groups. · Experience with implementing reliability programs, including vibration analysis, along with predictive and preventive maintenance disciplines. · Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, and work effectively in a team environment.· Strong organizational skills, be detail oriented, and manage and prioritize multiple tasks.Responsibilities and Duties · Provide overall leader to the Maintenance team and make job assignments, guide technicians on proper methods and procedures, and monitor progress to guarantee that the maintenance work is completed efficiently. Assist in material procurement when required. Effectively communicate with production about the status of timely repairs of plant equipment.· Establish and maintain a good working relationship with maintenance and production personnel to carry out duties effectively. · Diagnose equipment failures and recommend alternatives to minimize repair costs and equipment downtime. · Ensure the completion of department records and maintain familiarity with department files to provide reference information when required. · Work within the CMMS and record maintenance job functions and establish the spare parts inventory. Direct the spare parts inventory system. · Follow and train employees on correct safety procedures, identify and correct any safety concerns immediately.
