Management Rotation Position - Finance This program is designed to help accelerate the early development of individuals by offering the opportunity to experience several rotational assignments within a business function. The program will give candidates   The ability to “learn by doing” Greater exposure to various departments within the business A better understanding of Boehringer Ingelheim.   A Boehringer Ingelheim Executive will sponsor the program, which will consist of several rotations within the specific business function over a period of three years, including a one year international rotation. Participants will receive a designated mentor & coach for the duration of the program to assist with leadership development.Requirements:   Graduate degree required Minimum of 3-4 years business experience in a corporate finance or finance related field Must be mobile, preferably to Ingelheim, Germany Foreign language skill a plus Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and coordinate efforts with colleagues from multiple functional areas   Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Responsibilities: ·  Participate in designated management training and development workshops as required through out the program. Research and learn specific businesses, functions or processes in preparation for leading projects that may be assigned. Lead projects and project teams that are commissioned with specific goals in a variety of business areas or functions. Develop and present results of work to various levels of management. Clearly and concisely communicate ideas, facts and technical information to senior management, team members, as well as to other internal customers both verbally and written. Work effectively within a team based environment. Provide financial and business support to various personnel and/or business unit or directly to senior executives of the company. Independently compile and prepare high-level analysis and supplement data when necessary including presentation materials and commentary, etc., related to special projects, Budget, Previews and Strategic Plans for business or functional operations.   Corporate Site
