This position will be located either in Morris Plains, NJ or Skillman, NJ. The Manager Business Planning and Analysis will be responsible for providing analysis and forecasting support to the Consumer Products Marketing Team. They will plan, coordinate and develop Business Plan, Quarterly Updates and monthly sales forecasts. They will utilize multiple secondary data sources to closely monitor market, competitive and brand performance. They will be responsible for the development of market models and adhoc analysis support the business planning process. Additionally, they will be responsible for influencing business decisions based on insights to market dynamics, category share, and the sales forecast. They will provide input to Sales and Marketing regarding predicated effectiveness of multiple promotional scenarios and their impact to the sales forecast. A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. An MBA is preferred. A minimum of 10 years experience in Managing and Analysis and/or Forecasting group is required. Direct Management experience required. Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to gather, interpret data and develop analysis/forecasts is required. Must be able to identify trends and opportunities providing sound recommendations to the marketing team. The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines is required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to routinely interact with internal customers are required. Ability to thrive in a matrix and cross-functional team environment. Experience with syndicated databases (i.e. IRI, Nielsen, etc.) is required.
