Research and development areas encompass novel targets in neurologic disorders, gastroenterology, oncology, infectious disease, diabetes, hematology, metabolic disorders, immunologic disorders, and reproductive medicine. The Manager, Clinical Supplies will be responsible for the global coordination, ordering and follow-up of all clinical supplies. The candidate will work closely together with the internal customers to obtain forecast information regarding clinical supplies and to advise them on clinical supplies packaging issues. The individual will prepare a supply plan for each trial together with the customer. Ensure that the label approval process is carried out in time. Work closely with planning partners to negotiate a delivery date and to ensure that the clinical supplies are packaged and labeled in time. Dedicated team member to ensure that bulk drug needs are manufactured in time. Determine the distribution strategy for each trial and work closely together with our distribution providers. Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring that the right supplies are delivered at the right time to the right investigator. Responsible for meeting key performance indicators. A BS/BA is required. A minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical experience is required. A minimum of 2 years of project management or coordination responsibilities in a multidisciplinary environment required. Familiarity of GMP required. GCP and a working knowledge of IVRS are preferred. Up to 10% travel global/domestic is required.
