Primary Function:

Manage, develop, organize, coordinate, and maintain professional facility service activities that will complement Hologic’s mission, goals and objectives. The Facilities Manager provides regional maintenance support and acts as the primary backup for all building services. When required, this position provides hands on support to all activities and functions that this position supports.

Responsibilities:

•Manage and monitor building maintenance programs and services.
•Manage Office Service program support as required for assigned facilities.
•Monitor building maintenance activities provided by landlord or Hologic affiliated contractors.
•Manage contracted services related to facility support, i.e. building maintenance, office equipment, housekeeping, pest control, etc.
•Plan operating budgets and stay within established budgetary guidelines.
•Manage, support and monitor building security programs.
•Oversee the Facility Service documentation and training process for the FDA and ISO regulatory requirements.
•Comply with all company policies and procedures specific to Facility Services to include safety regulations, Personal Protective Equipment requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, Quality System Regulations, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
•Perform other assigned duties to support business needs.

Education and/or Experience:

AS/BS degree or equivalent 10 to 15 years of related experience in an industrial/commercial office facility.
