With a vast global network and a robust product pipeline and U.S. revenues exceeding $2.6 billion, we offer the opportunity for career fulfillment and the chance to make life the best it can be. The role of the Field Support Manager - Oncology is to understand and support the goals, plans, and performances of the regional business areas and to assist the Regional Sales Managers, Field Sales Directors, and Sales Business Manager in making national and regional critical financial business recommendations and improvements. The FSM is responsible for providing and communicating information to allow both sales and marketing to assist in problem solving, and communicate with the field sales organization.  This position will develop and provide report generation and in-depth analysis on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, as well as ad-hoc requests from a variety of sources.  The FSM will interface with the field sales, Marketing, Operations, and department vendors to ensure customer issues are dealt with appropriately and in a timely manner.  This analytical and tactical role requires a global perspective and understanding of how to implement locally. Primary customers are; Regional Sales Managers, National Sales Director, Marketing Managers as well as the Sales Business Manager This position is located in Wayne NJ.BA/BS Degree required.  MBA/MS is preferred. A minimum of 3 years Pharmaceutical industry sales business, business system support or finance experience required.  Sales management experience preferred.  Oncology experience preferred. Must have excellent analytical ability.
