Manager, Investigator Initiated TrialsMedical AffairsJersey City, NJSummaryManage and coordinate Phase IV study programs for the External Scientific Affairs team and serve as primary coordinator for the entire study programDuties and Responsibilities-Provide protocol concept / methodology development guidance to the ESA team -Conduct study protocol reviews and coordinate RSC submission of protocols -Coordinate meetings and manage procedures of the RSC -Coordinate study approval process (RSC, senior management, and licensing company), contracting, and study initiation -Coordinate Therapeutic Specialist management of ongoing study programs (enrollment, payments, etc.) -Coordinate development of study publication plans with TSs and publication planning committee -Manage development and maintenance of program databases (budgets, study progression, publication planning) -Develop and provide ongoing TS training for Phase IV studies -Participate in TS program strategic business planning -Participate in development of TS brand strategies for all product Phase IV program -Oversee TS training for IIT program strategies/guidelines -Oversee logistics of study protocol review/submission and approval process -Oversee TS management of ongoing study progress and development of study publication planning -Oversee management of study program databases RequirementsEducation: Advanced scientific/medical degress (MA, MD, Ph.D., Pharm D., R.Ph. ) Experience: At least two years industry-related experience by job entry or applicable research/teaching experience.
