Position Description:

The Site Services Warehouse Manager will be responsible for the management of the contract service provider (Stone), and will ensure the warehouse is appropriate for the type, specifications, and all applicable regulatory requirements for all materials stored with in it. In addition, the position will be responsible for the material system administration and control. Additional responsibility includes maintaining warehouse logistic system that provides accountability from receiving through final delivery to the end customer, Transportation Logistics-Outbound shipments, BSA drivers, Development of a sample and vehicle tracking & detection system, traffic monitoring system for docks. Responsible for modifications and enhancements to support the SAP database for inventory management and warehouse management transactions as well as Outbound Shipping. The candidate will work closely with the Deputy Director of Receiving, and Director of Compliance Support and Director of Distribution while determining necessary training requirements / programs in order to effectively maintain area of responsibilities, increase the system reliability and sustain a Class A quality environment. The candidate will review, participate on all project teams, while approving, and representing Site Services for materials movements, logistics, and warehousing projects directly affecting the current infrastructure. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management or Business discipline with 5-10 years related experience is required. Prior Pharmaceutical experience is preferred.
