Manager, Marketing Science (3019760 KD)
Responsibilities:
Manager, Marketing Science oversees the activities of the Marketing Science group, leading a team of 2-4 analysts and consultants. The Marketing Science group is the internal expert on advanced analytical and statistical analyses. The group supports the marketing, IMM, and sales teams, interacting with senior/executive leadership to inform critical business decisions. Key projects and deliverables for the Marketing Sciences group include (but are not limited to):
· DTC Measurement and standardization - Experiment design, Defining key success metrics, ROI analyses
· Study designs, guidance to marketing and sales initiatives
· CRM analytics in support of interactive and other direct marketing efforts
· Promotion response measurement for selected tactics on key brands
· Field analytics and performance measurement
· Physician overlap / Call capacity modeling, targeting
· Portfolio analytics & optimization
· SF size & structure analysis
· Design of key Market Analytics metrics
Requirements:
· Master's Degree in a relevant field. MBA/PhD is preferred.
· Minimum of 4 years job related experience; 6+ years preferred
· Experience/knowledge of pharmaceutical marketing and sales.
· Deep understanding of pharmaceutical datasets and analytics.
· Superior interpersonal, analytical, organizational, team building, verbal, and written skills.
· Demonstrated leadership skills in coaching and managing a team.
