Product Manager (CareFusion):
Cardinal Health CareFusion Products is seeking a clinical professional to join its Product Management team to manage the design of its medication administration applications.
Cardinal Health CareFusion Products is a premier provider of mobile clinical solutions for acute care providers. The company's proven bar code enabled nursing solutions are specifically designed to enhance efficiency and improve patient safety.
Responsibilities:Design and document the software requirements specification for multiple applications Meet with customer to perform requirements analysis on customer requested features Competitive Information Analysis; Market and Customer Needs Analysis Manage customer enhancement requests for multiple applications Maintain competitive software applications through ongoing industry research and R&D initiatives Manage short-term and long-term product roadmaps Ensure application compliance with regulatory agency directives Communicate with multi-disciplinary team of developers, Quality Assurance personnel, executive management and stakeholders on product status, requirement clarifications, future product direction Product Training Development Manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast paced environment Manage priorities to meet organizational needs Present sales demonstrations in a professional manner Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field; Master’s degree a plus 3+ years of product management experience with clinical software products; Medication products is a plus Business Case development 3+ years experience with design, development, and/or implementation of pharmacy or clinical information systems; BPOC systems experience a plus Clinical experience in pharmacy, nursing Working knowledge of FDA 510(K) clearance requirements and processes Experience working in clinical environment in support of nursing and pharmacy information systems Ability to employ excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated ability to employ excellent writing and presentation skills to effectively convince internal groups to develop and organize all product related activities, as well as, lead execution of these activities. Must be highly organized, detail oriented and resourceful team player Must be articulate, confident, persuasive, team player that enjoys working across teams to deliver results. Passionate about developing, messaging and driving adoption of market leading medication administration solutions.
