Manager of Brand Sales and Marketing

A Pharmaceutical Company located in Bergen County, New Jersey has an opportunity for a Manager of Brand Sales and Marketing who will handle the following responsibilities:

 

- Work with brand team to develop annual budgets, monitor performance against, assess and communicate changes in planned investments during the year

- Work with brand team to evaluate the profitability of actual and proposed marketing initiatives

- Work with brand management to assess the opportunity to bring in-house sales operation functions (e.g., data management, incentive compensation management, sample accountability, etc.), which are currently outsourced

- Ensure internal control environment is maintained

- Work with brand team to ensure the company finance policies are adhered to

- Provide support for external reporting related to the branded division

 

Qualified Candidates will possess:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

- 8 years of related experience in the pharmaceutical industry

- Excellent Microsoft Office application skills

- Experience in software and database management with a professional service firm

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Proven management and leadership skills
