Job Description Manager of Marketing Services Position Responsibilities:o Development of interactive marketing platforms for global sales organizations, channel partners and distributors. o Work with Global Product Line Managers to develop communication initiatives and tools o Establish and implement advertising campaigns o Develop and direct execution of mailing and promotional campaigns o Drive global public relations initiatives o Advocate business goals and needs to Corporate Communications Department within key initiatives and programs o Liase with the Corporate Communications Department to ensure corporate brand guidelines are met in all divisional marketing communications materials o Supervise trade show coordination, ensuring that trade show schedules are met and a financial return ensured o Direct internal design team o Guide CRM/ interactive media development o Establish departmental processes and metrics o Select and direct external agencies o Maintain and develop product packaging, including labels, boxes and inserts o Work with outside agencies on translations Individual Characteristics and Traits:o Highly organized individual with ability to organize multiple work streams and set clear priorities for staff members. o Excels at motivating and developing people o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Able to pull together colleagues and staff members to develop high impact campaigns and sales and promotional initiatives to drive revenue growth and brand development o Is creative and innovative in the development of marketing communications initiatives and programs o Meets deadlines and communicates proactively to colleagues and management.  Position Requirements:o Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four-year college and 10 to 15 years experience in Marketing/Marketing Communications. o Prior responsibilities should include brand development, the development of campaigns with printed and interactive communications materials, managing agencies and design teams, exposure to interactive media platforms and trade show representation. o Additional experience should include working within the guidelines of corporate brand guidelines. o At least 5 years experience directly managing small teams of people and working across functional boundaries is an absolute necessity.
