The Manager of Shopper (Retail) Marketing will be responsible for leading Project BAR - "Best At Retail" for Beauty SS (Neutrogena & CPC), which will define the future look/environments for J&J skin care businesses at retail level. Will also lead Neutrogena Beauty Advisor Program, i.e., define, develop, deploy. Co-lead development and launch of "limited outlet" product offerings (e.g., Piz Buin). Also co-lead (with Neutrogena Interactive) the development of a "on-line" retailing plan and lead the deployment of this plan. This position will be the key contact for Neutrogena non-FDM initiatives as J&J develops a premium specialty channels business model. Projects will include the development of marketing programs for specialty customers, and exploration/qualification of new customers. Will be key point of contact for strategic specialty channel customers (e.g., Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, CVS, SWAS). This role will be a key partner with our Manager, Shopper Insights as we take "insights to actions" to drive sales/shopper loyalty. A minimum of a 4-year degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of marketing, sales, and/or merchandising experience is required. Experience with Premium / Prestige Beauty is required. Experience in FDM is preferred.
