ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

 We are seeking a candidate with 3+ years of experience as a medical device process development/manufacturing engineer.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with implantable products.  The candidate must be able to assume a leadership role within the Company. 

 

Position Summary 

The candidate will work within cross-functional teams to support design and development of manufacturing processes, tooling, test methods and product.  In addition, the candidate will author component & process specifications, source suppliers, materials, components, and technologies.

 

 

Qualifications / Requirements:Bachelors degree in biomedical or chemical engineering, an advanced degree a plus.Three plus years experience as a process or development engineer in the medical device industry. Experience with implantable/ biological medical devices preferred.Experience with sterile (terminal and aseptic) medical products. Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.Strong planning and organizational skills.Experience in GMP required, GLP, MDD, and GCP a plus.
