Responsible for motivation, training, interviewing, hiring, and problem resolution for subordinates. Uses team work and good communications to administer personnel policies and the local agreement. Required:   Candidate must have Varicella titer. ** Please note that this position may be an off-shift position, either 2nd or 3rd shift**  Senior Manufacturing Facilitator/Supervisor:B.S., B.A. or M.S. preferably in Science, Engineering or Business Administration is required. A minimum of three years of manufacturing or staff support experience or equivalent is required.  Experience in supervising hourly staff in a unionized environment highly desirable.  Good leadership and interpersonal skills are a must. Manufacturing Facilitator/Supervisor:B.S., B.A. or higher degree preferably in Science, Engineering, or business equivalent experience.  One to three years of manufacturing or staff support experience or equivalent. Candidate must have good leadership and interpersonal skills.
