JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a full-time, permanent, Manufacturing Supervisor/Associate for immediate hire.  Opportunity to mature into a Managerial role.

 

POSITION: The representative will be responsible for final product assembly.

 

COMPENSATION: Depending on experience

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

The successful applicant will be responsible for final product assembly including:

·  Testing and inspection of product according to documented Manufacturing Instructions (MIs).

·  Cleaning and maintenance of an assigned workstation with equipment and materials.

·  Responsibility for the maintenance of product inventory and supplies.

·  Compliance with documented company policies and procedures, including quality, safety, and environmental policies.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Biology degree required

· Detail oriented and quality focused.

· Understands the importance of inventory control.

· Demonstrated ability to respond promptly to prioritized tasks.

· Demonstrated organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently.

· Self-starter.

· Capable of meeting daily deadlines.

· Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills effortlessly.
