Manufacturing Technician I - Granulation - 2nd shift Internal candidates must apply within the posting period: March 12 - March 19, 2008.Required Work Keys Scores:Applied Technology = 3Applied Math = 5Reading = 5QUALIFICATIONS:• High School graduate or equivalent.• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is desirable.• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.• Mathematical aptitude and legible handwriting.DUTIES:• Process tablet and capsule granulation.• Check, weigh and incorporate all raw materials into a batch mixer, measure and prepare solutions for wet mixing, mix and screen materials to form a granulation as specified by the Master Manufacturing Formula Card.• Assemble, operate and maintain mixing and granulation equipment.• Wash all related equipment and utensils used in granulation process and perform other miscellaneous cleaning as may be required to keep equipment orderly and sanitary.• Comply with all Company cGMPs, SOP’s, Departmental Procedures, Company Policies and Safety Regulations.Roxane Laboratories, Inc. is a subsidiary of Boehringer-Ingelheim Corp.
