Job Category: Business/Strategic Management Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) A career at Quintiles Transnational Corp. puts you at the corporate center of the leading worldwide pharmaceutical services organization.  Quintiles provides a broad range of professional services in drug development, financial partnering and commercialization for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare industries.  With well over $2B in revenue, offices in over 50 countries and 20,000 employees globally, Quintiles possesses an unparalleled ability to carry products from development through registration to market success.  Building on the global strength of Quintiles Transnational, Quintiles Consulting practice areas include Product Development and Commercialization, Regulatory and Quality, and Market Access.  We are currently seeking a Market Access Consultant to be based out of the New York area. The Market Access practice stands ready to help our customers navigate the value substantiation process, from developing and demonstrating product value platform to winning a preferred position on payor formularies and negotiating pricing and reimbursement contracts.  Quintiles Consulting has unequalled insight into pharmaceutical markets worldwide through our resources of vast clinical and commercialization knowledge.  That means we can help our customers identify the most relevant value domains and tailor our consulting approach to demonstrate the most effective value proposition and meet increasing customer demands.  Specific responsibilities to the role may include: Manage client engagements Design project research, analysis, and reporting techniques (primary and secondary) Oversee development of project research materials including protocols, analysis plans, surveys, discussion guides, and other data collection instruments Supervise analysis and interpretation of data Oversee production of project deliverables including research plans, status reports, interim reports, technical reports, presentations, abstracts, manuscripts, and product dossiers Contribute to proposal writingSample Engagements could cover the following disciplines: Comparative Effectiveness Health Economics Patient Reported Outcomes Safety Applied EpidemiologyIf you are seeking an opportunity work with an established Global Industry Leader and enjoy working in the spirit of entrepreneurship, Quintiles Consulting may be the place for you.  We are seeking motivated and qualified individuals that wish to contribute to our goal of bringing life saving medicines to the world! Prefer advanced degree in, MBA, MHA, MPH, MS, MA, etc. 5 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 in consulting Superior analytical and communication skills (sample will be required) Has experience and ability in the following areas:  survey methodology, statistical analysis and reporting, decision analysis techniques, database analysis methods, technical writing, and presentation skills
