Market Research Senior Project Director

Our Company is an international advanced marketing research organization, a pioneer in online solutions for the Pharmaceutical industry.

We are currently adding a Senior Project Director position to our team that shares these qualities. The position is based in our new office in New Jersey.

 

Our international fast-paced activity will require you to interact with all levels of internal staff as well as cooperate with remote teams presenting various cultural backgrounds.

 

Responsibilities will include

 

- Developing and maintaining favorable relationships with existing clients

- Understanding strategic marketing challenges and expectations in order to develop appropriate research plans

- Managing and supervising all phases of research initiatives from design to report delivery

- Developing and managing project schedules and budgets 

- Participating in proposals and new projects implementation with the development team

- Supervising the work of Project Managers and fieldwork teams contributing to their professional development

 

 

Requirements

- Successful experience in Healthcare Marketing Research IS MANDATORY: knowledge of market research, methodologies, study design, questionnaire development, data analysis and final report creation.

- Leadership capabilities, desire to train and mentor team members

- Excellent organization skills with a particular focus upon managing details

- Exceptional written and oral communication skills

- Ability to anticipate, quickly address and make correct decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Expertise in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook (test will be performed), knowledge of common statistical packages (SPSS…); knowledgeable in internet capabilities

- Bachelor degree in Business, mathematics or science

 

A PLUS

- Cross-cultural and/or international working experience

- Online marketing experience and strong interest for new technologies

- Other languages (ie German, French, Italian, Mandarin...)
