Marketer (SW)

Seeking experienced marketer for 18-24 months to build a training program and then have the opportunity and internal support to go back into a more traditional marketing position within the company. Very visible position with a high exposure to Executive Marketing Leaders.

 

Company division develops and markets products for, wound management and advanced wound care treatment. Products are marketed through three divisions. 

 

The experienced marketer will oversee franchise-wide design and implementation of a global marketing training program aligned with marketing competencies. Also, create and implement a worldwide company franchise MBA program in partnership with Marketing and Human Resources. Interact with senior level marketers and division Presidents to identify marketing needs. Identify internal and external partners for training content and presentations. Develop content for specific training modules.  Organize training meetings. Create levels of training for marketing staff. Refine marketing competencies document. Create MBA candidate profile.  Create rotations for MBAs. Manage budgets and contracts.
