With guidance, this individual will:-Provide analytical support to the brand teams in the Oncology business unit-Prepare and present quantitative analyses using secondary data (e.g. IMS, Verispan, SDI, Synovate, Impact Rx and other key data vendors)-Responsible for the development, production and interpretation of standard deliverables such as periodic tracking reports-Work with the Market Research managers and brand teams to structure problems, identify appropriate data sources, extract data and develop integrated deliverables.-Proactively suggest and conduct analyses to aid strategic brand initiatives and help brand teams develop a better understanding of the market situation and events.-Accountable for meeting service level expectations for accuracy and timeliness- Bachelor degree in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics or related field required (Advanced degree preferred)- 4 or more years work experience in analytical function (i.e. Forecasting, Business analysis or Finance). Strong SAS experience preferred.- Solid understanding of the biopharma or health care-related industryPreferred Qualifications:- Proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences. Experience with quantitative techniques and statistical analyses. -Demonstrate the ability to think strategically and use a consultative approach to problem solving and decisionmaking.
