As the Marketing Database Specialist for Intuitive Surgical, you will have the opportunity to co-develop and maintain our new SFA/CRM system which will be used to provide information to a variety of audiences who are interested in the Da Vinci System. As Intuitive Surgical’s Marketing Database Specialist based in Sunnyvale, CA, your primary mission is to work with sales operations to take co-ownership of the development and maintenance of the sales force automation/customer relations management function. Your experience with SFA/CRM systems will allow you to effectively integrate and phase out our old systems into new Netsuite application and minimize duplication in collecting, processing, storing, and distributing data; promotion of data consistency and standardization.. Your talent in data mining techniques to probe the rich marketing data within the customer segment will allow you to offer strategic observations that will influence various marketing campaigns. Utilize your experience with email marketing campaigns while ensuring consistency in presentation of corporate voice and key messaging. The knowledge that you have gained from previous marketing positions will allow you to provide data insights that help apply deeper customer intelligence, refine targeting strategies working towards coordinated marketing communications. This is the ideal job for the marketing specialist with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for creating efficient and highly targeted communications to a variety of audiences.
