The Marketing Manager, for BioTherapeutics Analytics will work closely with the Director of Marketing to provide support in two principle areas: broad analytical support including that required for the Sales Allocation Planning process and marketing support for part of the portfolio of brands, including CEPROTIN and ARALAST. In the area of analytical support, major responsibilities include: Analysing key franchise product forecasts and trade offs for production across the entire plasma portfolio, to guide allocation recommendations and decisions (for the Sales Allocation Process) Conducting commercial analyses for R&D portfolio models and initial assessment of R&D clinical opportunities Working with finance team and regions to complete annual long range planning & strategic planning process Supporting BioTherapeutics franchise business development opportunities The marketing support responsibilities will be focused around global brand growth, initially with CEPROTIN and ARALAST and will include: Contributing to the development and implementation of global marketing strategies for these brands Working in collaboration with other functions (e.g. market research & planning, regional marketing, strategic planning, business development, manufacturing and supply chain) and international (regional / country) marketing teams in execution of brand plans Under direction, the development, ownership and communication to region / country of appropriate Marketing Powerhouse brand plans Being regarded as the Product Champion for these brands, continuously updating knowledge of therapy, products and market so that future trends can be predicted and optimised Developing communication plans or promotional pieces for target audiences (both internal and external) This position will be located in Westlake Village, CA office. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business, technical or clinical discipline. Minimum of two years work experience in analytics roles and / or further successful experience in marketing. Representative roles may include financial analyst or management consultant, with or without marketing experience. Key skills: proactive self-starter; ability to structure & execute problem solving with appropriate analyses; ability to work in a matrix environment across functions & across regions; ability to develop and work with complex spreadsheet models; strong attention to detail; experience working in Bachelor's degree in business, technical or clinical discipline.
