Decision Biomarkers, Inc. (DBI) has pioneered the development of the next generation multiplexed immunoassay platform – a compact, turn-key system for protein biomarker analysis with applications throughout the life sciences industry. Based in Waltham, MA, DBI was founded in 2002.
The Marketing Specialist will have the following basic responsibilities:
· Help with the execution of marketing plans, including sales collateral, advertisements, mailers, seminars, product announcements, press releases, etc. in a timely manner.
· Manage and coordinate the activities of conferences and trade shows.
· Development and maintenance of the website.Be responsible for managing our CRM program salesforce.com overseeing the marketing activities, dashboards and reporting. You will also help plan, manage and implement quality programs to track pipeline and activity effectiveness and results.Design and implement SFDC dashboards to better track and report on the effectiveness of our lead generation programs.Responsibility for overall management of SFDCResponsible for executing electronic email marketing campaigns thru SFDCManage lead process thru SFDC Track and report on marketing campaigns effectiveness and ROI
Experience and Qualifications:Experience in developing and maintaining a company’s internet activities.We are looking for an individual who is a self starter and who will be ready to take on responsibility as they continue to develop in the roleBS/BA in Marketing with an emphasis on electronic technologies is highly desirablePersonal characteristics needed for success in this job include an extreme attention to detail, the ability to work cross-functionally and on a global basis, as well as strong communication skills – both orally and written. Project management skills as it relates to sales and marketing programs, specifically in the area of managing reports and databases containing critical sales data
· Experience with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Project and salesforce.com is a plus.
