Description of DutiesPerform kitting of raw material for manufacturingPrepare kit document and print labelsPerform Receiving, PN labeling, stock put-away, and shipping functions.Maintain Receiving Log and Shipping Log. Prepare shipping materials and pull materials per sales orderManage shipping/ packing materials to ensure adequate stock to cover shipmentInput & ensure accuracy of data into system for Receiving, shipping, material transactions, etc. Maintain timely and accurate inventory management program, including cycle counts and physical inventories at various stockroom locations. Reconcile internal inventory reports at a specified schedule to internal inventory system. Perform physical cycle counts to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Research inventory adjustments and provide recommendation for variance resolution. Oversee inventory scrap process.Separate RMA or rejected items and work with  related dept to return to suppliers in a timely mannerOrganize and layout stockroomPrepare inventory management reports for senior management. Identify and develop process changes to increase efficiency and productivity.  Author and publish procedures and policies as required.

Summary of RequirementsFive or more years' related Inventory Control experience.Min 2 years of Receiving & shipping hands-on experience handling domestic and international shipments Experience with JIT / Kan Ban procedures and inventory management processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and decision making skills. Proficient to communicate orally and writing in EnglishProficient in applying basic mathematics and unit conversionProficient in MS Excel &WORDExperienced in using MRP systemsAble to lift 25-50 Lbs.Able to differentiate colors



Minimum EducationHigh School graduate
