Materials/Incoming Quality SupervisorIn this role you will be responsible for operations, acceptance sampling, batch record audit release, and routine operational problem solving. You will also interact with up to five direct reports and operational peers to address operational issues.To be successful in this position, you must possess: BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Biology, Chemistry or other degrees in a similar discipline Minimum of 2-5 years supervisory experience Ability to exercise leadership & diplomacy when coordinating and working with all levels of employees Capability to evaluate data obtained from in-process production auditing and final test data to determine compliance with specifications Ability to supervise 5-10 employees on 1-2 shiftsHospira offers a balanced work culture as well as competitive compensation and benefits.
