We are an efficient international team with offices in the US and Europe. We are steadily growing since our foundation 15 years ago. Our clients are from the international biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and finance industries.

 

Position:

We are looking for a highly-motivated, reliable team player able to take a lead role in the project management of conferences in the medical device field.  Self-motivation, commitment, confident appearance and excellent English skills are a must. If you are energized by multi-faceted projects, organized, detail-oriented and a problem-solver this is the right job for you. 

 

Experience in the conference industry is not an absolute requirement, and your contribution will draw mainly on your extensive medical device & technology industry experience and contacts.  We offer flexible working hours and relocation is not required.

 

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a positive “can do” attitude and be a team player.

 

Requirements: A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the medical device & technology industry Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Highly organized with strong attention to detail Resourceful, motivated and committed Ability to work independently, coordinate multiple priorities, problem solve, and meet deadlines  Service oriented Friendly and open personality Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a small, hardworking, international environment Excellent English skills, additional languages are a plus  

Compensation: commensurate with experience

 

Tasks: Utilize your industry experience and contacts to develop relationships with key supporters such as industry associations and local & regional government entities Conduct sponsorship prospecting and contracting Using your knowledge of key industry issues, formulate conference  program content and organize panelists Identify target audience and assist in event marketing Assist with special projects as needed Domestic and international travel required.
