Medical Regional Manager

My client is an innovative medical company looking for a candidate to successfully come on board as a Regional Manager for the Minnesota, Wisconsin, Dakotas and Iowa territory. This position is in the Oncology field. This organization values individual performance, tremendous sales skill and has a strong pipeline of future therapeutic products. Job Description and Responsibilities: The physical territory will be Minnesota based. Travel:Up to 40% travel may be required for this position. Requirements: • Bachelors Degree (business or life sciences preferred). • 2+ years of top performing Management experience. • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, and written & oral communications skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop a territory on own outside of sales cluster. • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills. • Demonstrated facilitation and negotiation skills. • Proven track record of results.
