Medical/Surgical Device Sales Representative

Our client is a leading manufacturer of implantable medical devices used to correct cardiac irregularities. They have asked us to locate a new sales representative to sell these devices to interventional cardiologists at hospitals in Southern New Jersey. The candidate we seek will have a 4-year degree and several years of medical or surgical sales experience, ideally from a large company with a well-known training program, and with a documented track record of success as evidenced by stack rankings, awards and commendations. In addition, our client will also consider candidates with senior-level experience in Pharmaceutical sales such as District Sales Managers or Regional Sales Trainers who are willing to step back into a territorial sales position in order to move into medical device sales. The successful candidate will receive a guaranteed first year income of $90-120K (depending on experience), and a second year income target of $225-250K or more with a uncapped monthly commission structure.
