Medicine Associate

Immediate need for Medicine Associates to work 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am.  Job consists of weighing cores and raw materials, mixing/batching raw materials, milling and dearating batches to produce a quality fill material for use in Encapsulation.  Main duties and responsibilities consist of the following:

-Verifying critical information with the batch record.

-Following directions to mix base for medicine paste.

-Reading and adhering to workplace procedures.

-Ensure all documentation is accurate, written clearly, and properly initialed and dated.

-Cleaning, washing, and sanitizing of equipment.

-Obtain required samples from tank or tote

-Troubleshoot work related problems by detecting operating problems, equipment problems, errors, etc...

Must have a High School Diploma or GED, plus one year of manufacturing experience, preferably in GMP/FDA facility.  Ability to perform basic bath with 10's and 100's using US and metric units of weight and volume.  Also ability to perform time math.  Standing for prolonged time periods is necessary.  Please also send resume as an attachment.
