Metrology (Calibration) Technician needed in Wilmington!

Put your years of experience into a future of excellence....Kelly Scientific Resources is seeking an experienced Metrology/Calibration Technician to work at one of the world leaders in global research. The ideal candidate will independently perform maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, calibration, repair, modification and training on a variety of analytical instruments, process control systems, building control and monitoring systems, and miscellaneous lab equipment in support of Manufacturing R&D, QC, Engineering a Validation. The responsibilities would include:-Analyze complex problems. -Suggest and implement solutions.-Work on a variety of lab and analytical systems and devices, including incubators, liquid handling devices, pressure instrumentation, freezers, centrifuges, etc.-Provide training and technical expertise to other group members, as well as assisting and training users on set up, configuration and proper use and care of equipment. -Review existing SOPs for aqua racy, and modify SOPs in accordance with established document control procedures. The candidate would posses at least 3 years of related work experience including instrument calibration, installation, maintenance and repair. A high school diploma is required and any additional education relative to college, trade school, apprenticeships, etc is a plus. Learn more about company
