Reporting to Director of Financial Reporting, the responsibilities will include the following: Oversee accounting and monthly closing process for foreign affiliates. Analyze foreign financial statements and operating data for actual, budget, and forecast purposes and document unusual and/or significant occurrences. Oversee consolidation process relating to international operations including tracking of intercompany activities. Assist in development of appropriate global accounting policies & reporting procedures. Ensure all accounts are reconciled in accordance with Company policy (and U.S. GAAP). Assist in the preparation of SEC filings including managements discussion and analysis (MD&A). Assist with the compilation and verification of financial data utilized in 10-K/10-Q, investor presentations and financial presentations to senior management and the board of directors. Research and document GAAP accounting and disclosure requirements for transactions (actual or proposed) of the Company. Support the quarterly and annual review and audit process by the Companys independent auditors. Maintaining chart of account structure within enterprise resource planning application (SAP) as well as mapping of non-SAP trial balances within SAP. Participate in financial reporting and accounting for benefits, stock grants, etc. Participate in the Section 404 compliance efforts including documenting, monitoring, updating and evaluating new and existing internal control processes.Qualifications5+ years of CPA or corporate experience that includes consolidations, financial reporting of multiple profit centers and manufacturing experience.
