MOLECULAR BIOLOGY QUALITY CONTROL - Cleveland, OH

Responsibilities:

*Accurately and efficiently perform and document testing on raw material/finished goods to determine product quality and approve it for sale.
*Maintain and update technical files and product specifications to provide an informational resource which is current.
*Provide professional phone service to resolve internal and external technical inquiries and complaints.
*Perform and document lab maintenance duties to ensure a quality and safe operation.
*Perform and document methods development/equipment evaluation to improve laboratory performance.
*Work as a team member with internal department to efficiently release product, resolve problems and support sales.

The following are key attributes required for the selection process:

*At least a Bachelor's in a Life Science field with 1 to 3 years of lab experience.
*Hands on knowledge of basic quality control lab tests.
*Exposure to principles of Quality Control/Quality Assurance.
*Broad knowledge of biochemical and/or molecular biology products.
